The deliveries of the products are made through the company ACS courier, in 3 to 5 working days and are FREE for all shipments within Greece. For deliveries outside the borders of Greece, the shipping costs are charged to the customer and the delivery time is 4 to 10 working days. Delivery time can be varied in cases such as holidays or discounts. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the shipment number and a link to monitor the status of your shipment, on the site of the cooperating courier. Delivery shipments are returned to us and in this case, resending is charged with shipping costs.

Return Policy
RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return the products you received or part of them within 14 working days from the date of receipt. For returns within Greece, you are not charged with shipping costs for the first change and resend, as long as you use ACS courier. From countries outside the borders of Greece, shipping and return costs are borne by the customer. CAUTION! The products must be delivered in the same condition that they had received from the customer with their packaging as well as the other documents (retail receipt or invoice) with which they are accompanied upon receipt.
